1. The data we collect

When you access the Event Talent Agency’s services, we will collect certain information about you. This includes, but is not limited to: your full name, email address, phone numbers, salary and employment specifics, and a record of your interactions with us.

We may also collect and store your CV if you submit it through our online form.

Please note that we do not collect or store any credit/debit card details in our database. However, we may hold bank details if supplied for payments.

In the event that you provide us with sensitive information – such as information pertaining to a disability – it will be protected under Section 3 of this policy and will only be disclosed with your permission to meet accessibility requirements. It may also be disclosed if we are legally required to do so.

2. How we use it

We collect your data to help improve our services, products and communication.

4. Third Parties

Your information will only be disclosed with your permission to clients or potential clients of Event Talent Agency. This will be carried out in your interest as part of our recruitment service. 

By submitting your CV, you acknowledge and agree that our sharing of your CV may be required as part of our service.

If there is information that you have provided us that you do not want us to share with our clients, please contact us and we will be able to assist you.

Each employment assignment or placement arising as a result of an introduction made by Event Talent Agency will be subject to our policies as they are applicable in the circumstances. All prospective employers and clients for whom we arrange assignments or placements will be provided with a copy of the policies applicable to them.

5. GDPR Disclaimer

As of 25th May 2018, it is a legal requirement for all companies based in the European Union to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations, ourselves included.

In the event that one of our clients is not GDPR compliant from the above date, the Event Talent Agency cannot be held responsible for their illegality.
